- Hold a 30 minutes skype interview

- Providing all relevant document and validation as passport, living permit and student ID ( If applicable ). At least one reference either from current / recent employer or university
- Other qualifications that sitters hold through other work such as tutoring or other qualifications such as first aid and health and safety certificate. Those certificates will be verified and validated
- Meeting the company CEO and co-founder
